JUN 29, and Topeka Kansas June 30th, company receiving mark July 1 lightly at bottom of front edge. Further docketing on cover 'Wants agency' & 'When I come down I will tell you how to answer this'. Accompanied by another handwritten note on two pieces of paper written by McGee [cover not in the correspondence we received] in which he discloses his Aroma location, and lashes out state legislation recently passed. using political slang that is difficult to understand now.
