"1962 DX-PEDITION TO BAJO NUEVO / HK0AB / A COLOMBIAN INSULAR TERRITORY"
shortwave (14 M.C.) QSL card, some ink transfer on back of the recipient's
call sign. These uninhabited reefs are the Petrel Islands, sometimes called
Bajo Nuevo Bank. Disputed territory among Colombia, Jamaica & Nicaragua.
"6Y5CI" Montego Bay shortwave (7.034 MHz) QSL viewcard used 1994 by operator Charles Clarke, minor wear to one corner. View in monochromatic blue shows 2 tourists being poled along in a small flat-bottomed boat. $2.50 j

RMS Port Kingston (1903). "Fern Gully, Jamaica / IMPERIAL DIRECT WEST INDIA MAIL SERVICE Coy Ltd / R.M.S. PORT KINGSTON" ship inset in art border, probably detached from a menu, long crease, low contrast / grayish, considerable edge wear, paper browning with age. The ship was registered in 1903. Postcard sold. Still available for scholarly study & research as a full-size & enhanced 72-dpi scan in .jpg or .tif format. $1.50 s(i)j-j*
