"S.S. 'RYNDAM' 15,015 Gross Reg. Tons / A New Concept in Tourist Travel" postcard printed in the Netherlands for the Holland-America Line, unused, bottom corner bend not easily noticed from the front. In 7 June 1991, this aircraft made a forced landing in a Dominican Republic sugar cane field and was written off; fortunately there were no fatalities. $8.50 adf
VIRGIN ISLANDS INTERNATIONAL AIRWAYS (United States). Unused regular-size postcard showing its Douglas DC-3-201D (N102AP) at Miami Florida in January 1984, near mint. On June 7 1991 it made a forced landing in a sugar cane field near Puerto Plata-La Union Airport in the Dominican Republic; there were no fatalities, but the aircraft was written off. $10.00 addfv ILLUSTRATION ADDED RECENTLY
